10 years. One team. And one course: boldness.

Last month, we brought together our hotel general managers, their deputies, and all of the group’s support teams to celebrate our 10th anniversary together.

All year long, everyone moves forward in their own property, with their own guests, challenges, and successes. Coming together in the same room reminded us of something obvious: our strength is our team.

One question remained: what message did we want everyone to take with them into the future? The answer was clear: boldness.

We were honored to welcome sailor Éric Bellion. Alone on the ocean, he learned to tame what we all try to run from: fear. What if it were a compass?

Our key takeaways:
Fear isn’t a stop sign: it often means we’re getting close to something important.
Boldness isn’t the absence of fear. It’s daring to act, accepting that we can’t control everything, to give ourselves a chance to grow.
No one ever truly crosses alone: behind every skipper, just as behind every hotel manager, there’s a team.

These messages resonate deeply in our line of work. Opening a hotel, taking over a team, testing a new idea, making the call on a fully booked night: hospitality calls for a measure of boldness every single day.

Thank you, Éric, for an inspiring moment full of humanity and energy. And thank you to all our teams for the conversations, the ideas shared, and the pride in what we are building together.

10 years is only the beginning. We’ll write the next chapter by continuing to dare, together.
